Love French Interiors is a small family run business based in Essex. Being small allows us to be very flexible in meeting the varied requirements of our customers. And being family run means you will receive a friendly and personal response to any questions you may have. As an online furniture boutique we do not currently have a shop or showroom - the big advantage this gives us is being able to pass our savings onto our customers.
Flexible to the Needs of Our Customers
Many furniture pieces in our collections are available in different colours, finishes and sizes. So if you cannot find what you require or if you like an item but require it in a different colour or size to that shown then please ask us.
From the first time you contact us you will find us friendly and helpful. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, helpful and ultra efficient service. All e-mail enquiries will be promptly replied to and we are also available for advice or assistance over the telephone. We aim to make your buying experience a pleasurable one and one that you will want to repeat. No order is too small for us and every customer is equally important.
At all stages we will keep you informed of your product’s status so you will know exactly when your order has been processed, shipped and when to expect delivery.
We try our utmost to ensure our prices are low so that our customers get the best value.It’s not an easy job particularly as our competitors don’t tell us when they reduce their prices! So in the event that you find our products cheaper elsewhere, please let us know and we will jump through hoops to offer you a better deal. Should you require several pieces of furniture then please contact us as discounts are often available!
Delivery costs vary with your location and can be checked at any time on our delivery page or by adding an item to your basket or by asking us. Overseas customers should always contact us for a quote.
We offer a full online purchase facility and we also welcome telephone orders giving you the choice of ordering and paying how you wish. We also accept cheques, Bank/BACS transfers and Paypal (no account is required to send money via Paypal).
Premium Quality Furniture
Our products are made from solid wood (primarily mahogany or cherry) which results in a premium quality piece of furniture that is built to last a lifetime. Our french furniture is constructed using traditional, time proven methods such as using proper joints for strength and durability. For example our drawers are made with dovetail joints. All of our furniture also benefits from a hand painted finish - this ensures it has a unique and natural lightly aged appearance.
Manufacturers and Suppliers
We work very closely with our manufacturers and suppliers in order to ensure that they can consistently produce superior pieces of furniture at competitive prices. Many have been established for decades. As an example, for our bespoke service we also have suppliers in France who benefit from knowledge that has been handed down through generations and as a result are experienced at making exquisite pieces - some of which can be found in chateaux countrywide. Other manufacturers have been established for 50 years or more - proof indeed that they can consistently meet their clients needs.
