For most of our products we supply antique brass finished handles or knobs in a small selection of different designs. These can easily be changed by the customer for a different style.

At Love French Interiors we like to offer customers a wealth of choices to allow you to personalise your furniture.
Most of our pieces are bespoke allowing customisation and here we explain the options available.
Product Codes
Each item that can be customised has its own unique product code ('BED', 'LBE' or 'BE').
This product code relates to the finish options that are available and these are explained below.

Product Codes commencing with 'BED'
Paint Finishes for 'BED' Product Codes
Below are the standard finish options and all are finished with a Satin sheen.
Gloss or Matt sheens are available upon request.
Any colour can be finished with or without antiquing or with or without a distressed (shabby chic) finish.
For a small supplement (ie. the cost of the paint) other colours are also possible and so are specific brands of paint.
Hand painted highlights are also an option in blue, white, black, gold, silver or copper. These are perfect to highlight certain areas of a carving. Just ask us for some examples.
1. In The White ie. unfinished bare mahogany wood
2. White (a shade close to Farrow & Ball 'Wimborne White')
3. Lightly Distressed White ie. shabby chic
4. Bone (a shade close to Farrow & Ball 'Dimity')
5. Bone and Calabria (calabria is a light brown antiquing)
6. Bone and Grey (a grey antiquing)

Polished Finishes for 'BED' Product Codes
A clear lacquer finish brings out the natural toffee colour of mahogany so a polished option is a more popular choice.
We offer a selection of standard polished finishes and all are are finished with a Satin sheen.
Gloss or Matt sheens are available upon request.
Highlights can also be added to emphasise carved detailings.

In stock items are primarily in the finish shown for each item, namely polished mahogany and antique white.
It's always worth contacting us to confirm which finish is in stock before ordering. Many other finishes are also available to order.

All colours can be finished with or without antiquing or with or without a distressed (shabby chic) finish. Gold or Silver Leaf Highlights are also possible.
Colours include different shades of whites, creams, duck egg blue, grey, black, gold or silver highlights etc.

Polished Mahogany Finishes for 'LBE' Product Codes
We offer 5 standard shades of mahogany called 'A' to 'E' with 'C' being the standard mid mahogany shade.
