I don't normally write reviews but Love French Interiors deserve this! Their service was excellent from start to finish. Covid delays meant the order took a bit longer to arrive than expected but they had warned me of this. I was delighted to even be sent images of my furniture in bare wood for approval before it was then finished. I then had more pictures sent of the finished items before they left the manufacturer. Wonderful! Delivery was made with a couple of day's notice and the driver was very helpful. This was a complex custom order and i couldn't have wished for better service or for better communication. My bed is stunning!! Now that this room is finished i am already planning my next bedroom with LFI ! Mel

After months of dreaming for a bookcase in my bedroom I finally found what seemed the perfect one! Slim enough to fit in the tiny corner, shade matching my already present furniture so I ordered. The second lockdown delayed the arrival so in January it would arrive. What better gift than for my birthday. Day before NYE I had surgery leaving me bedridden for weeks. I received the email about the bookcase I had forgotten about. It would arrive the day before my birthday. Just the news was exciting. I would be able to have all my work documents folders in order. My pain vanished momentarily when it was delivered. As my teenage son brought it upstairs tore open the packaging I was delighted indeed but more elated it fit through the door. I silently dreaded whether it would match & it was just too perfect. I am so proud of it but delighted with the employee who informed me step by step the progress of my order & asking me my health. I was very apprehensive buying such a large item on line but they had the specific vanity unit I wanted. I have to say the service from the start was excellent and I was kept up to date the whole time.
